Susan has spent her entire career practicing all areas of family law, including divorce, custody, child support, equitable distribution, alimony, and spousal support. She has extensive experience litigating family law matters throughout the Philadelphia five-county area, but currently focuses her practice in Bucks and Montgomery Counties. With almost 15 years of experience, Susan zealously advocates for her clients, seeking settlement whenever possible, but always prepared to litigate any matter if necessary.
Before establishing Gibson Family Law, PLLC, Susan gained valuable experience working for a nationally renowned law firm based in Philadelphia.
Susan graduated in the top of her law school class from The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law. While in law school, Susan enjoyed competing on her school’s mock trial team in regional and national mock trial competitions and was a member of the school’s Journal of Contemporary Health Law & Policy. Also, Susan is proud to have been an active member of The Council on Professional Conduct during all three years of law school and served as the Chair in her final year. Susan graduated cum laude from Loyola University of Chicago with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and a minor concentration in the Psychology of Crime and Justice. Prior to attending law school, Susan obtained her Master’s Degree in Forensic Psychology from Marymount University in Arlington, Virginia.
